Jay Z, The legendary Rapper, investor, entrepreneur, and the true embodiment of the American dream, used to sell crack in the streets of Brooklyn and has become the first billionaire rapper.
In an interview, he said, “Every human has genius-level talent. There are no chosen ones. You must find what you are great at and tap into it.” Everyone is excellent at something. All you have to do is search for that thing that makes you great.
2. Dr. Dre: Don’t act of planning; work on the plan.
Dr. Dre is a rap superstar who is the mentor of many rap stars and has helped many rappers to achieve success. He has always taken action and worked on his plans rather than thinking about them all the time.
He once said, “When the ideas are coming, I don’t stop until the ideas stop because that train doesn’t come along all the time.”
His most profitable venture is his headphones company, Beats by Dr. Dre, which Apple bought in 2014 for $3 billion. This shows that he is fully committed to what he believes in, as he executed his ideas so well that he could sell his brand to Apple.
3. Travon Payne; Never give up on what you believe.
Travon Payne, also known as Blunt Da Blockmonsta, is a musician from LA. Travon started his rapper career in 2003 when he became part of a 7-member-group known as the “Static Gang.” He has recorded 27 tracks for five different albums, including MafiaMadnessVol1, Reloaded, M.O.B Monstaz On Da Block, It’s On Like Donkey Kong, and Motivation. However, he didn’t receive his royalties for all the work.
He decided to go solo and establish his record label, where he released his first solo album (DaBlockmonsta) and managed to conquer his dream of becoming a great rapper.
He advises aspiring individuals,
“I would say you don’t ever give up on your dreams. Nothing is going to be perfect in life. Just study whatever your interest is, work hard, and it’ll pay off!!”

That is why during her interview with a renowned magazine, she said;
“My advice to women in general: Even if you’re doing a nine-to-five job, treat yourself like a boss. Not arrogant, but be sure of what you want— and don’t allow people to run anything for you without your knowledge.”
